- Jason calls an official CTG meeting at Wigglesworth's at noon on Tuesday the Sabbath. Dan and Shin don't yet know that Jason made Henry the High Priest, but before Henry arrives Jason explains to them matter-of-factly that since Henry showed him how to climb the tower, he had to make him High Priest. Shin looks stricken.
- Henry arrives. He expected more people. Jason says the church is still seeking new members, and Henry suggests Mitch and Marsh. Shin says they are morons. Henry looks about to pound Shin, but instead he asks, "'since when does being a moron disqualify a guy from worshipping a water tower?'" (15.45). Jason is surprised that Henry lets it go: "This Henry is outnumbered, a little suspicious, and he wants us to like him" (15.52).
- They plan for everyone to go up for Midnight Mass. Jason says that Henry will lead the worship, as High Priest, though Henry isn't wild about the concept and points out that it was Jason who made him High Priest.
- This sends Shin bolting for the door, eyes glistening. Henry jokes about how weird Shin is. Magda calls them mean, and though Jason feels guilty, he hates explaining and defending Shin's behavior.
- To change the topic he calls for Brainblasters for everyone, and tries to take up a collection. When nobody contributes he buys the round.
