Character Analysis
It makes sense that someone as cool and laid-back as Opal would have a nemesis like Lindsay—an uptight, fake, city councilwoman. Lindsay is the person who pushes the model town project on Opal, and also tries to swoop in and flirt with Mclean's dad. She ends up going out with him for a little bit, but in a triumph of good versus evil, Opal is the one who bags the man in the end. Take that, Lindsay.
